ELicensing was successfully rolled out in 2012, replacing an antiquated paper application process for substance abuse treatment programs and counselors with a state of the art electronic licensing application. The development team at JD Software worked tirelessly in collaboration with BSAS to ensure the BSAS business process was accurately captured in the software design.
Their staff is friendly, flexible, and make an effort always to go above and beyond to solve any given problem or issue. Their thorough understanding of our regulations means they can talk me through various scenarios when defining system requirements such that I am able to choose the best solution to meet a particular, often multifaceted, need.
