While many of us were lucky to be able to work from home, our healthcare workers have had no choice but to be on the frontlines of the pandemic fighting to ensure the health and safety of our communities.
We are proud to have built a system for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health that will simplify travel expense reimbursements for our healthcare workers. More specifically, this system allows the Department of Public Health employees to track and process travel reimbursement requests. Our team is proud to have built an intuitive system that we hope will help our travelling healthcare workforce continue providing outstanding care for our communities.
This is our humble way to say thank you to our heroes by making their jobs just a tad easier.

The Massachusetts Cannabis Industry Portal (MassCIP) is migrating from Virtual Gateway to our Amazon Web Services Cloud-hosted system for all license management operations of the Medical Use of Marijuana Program. This migration means that all patients, caregivers, clinicians, and medical marijuana treatment centers can start using MassCIP after they claim their accounts.
With this change, users should experience fewer service interruptions, a more user-friendly experience, and continuous system optimization. Another neat feature of this system is that if users opt to register their MassCIP accounts with their Massachusetts driver’s license number, they will benefit from the automatic identification verification. This is thanks to the system’s integration with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
We are glad to continue supporting the Cannabis Control Commission’s mission of safely, equitably, and effectively implementing and administering the laws enabling access to medical and adult use marijuana in the Commonwealth.
September 2019
We’re thrilled to have launched the Nurse Aide Registry Inquiry System. This system will be used by the Commonwealth’s healthcare employers to check the standing of Nurse Aides’ registrations. The system will automatically notify employers of any adverse actions taken against their Nurse Aides’ staff. We hope that this system will help protect the most vulnerable among us from abuse and ensure that they are receiving proper care.
We have been working on this system for months, and we are excited to receive feedback from the user community.
April 2018
Massachusetts’s legalization of recreational marijuana requires new laws, regulations, and even license management. We of all people understand that managing licenses can be a headache, which is why we, alongside the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, launched MassCIP: the Massachusetts Cannabis Industry Portal. This portal is a secure platform that will improve the experience of those who are applying for the following licenses:
MassCIP will provide applicants with access to information about the application process, timelines and requirements across multiple licensing authorities, and make sure that marijuana establishments stay up to date as laws and regulations change.
This system was built in just 5 weeks, from contract execution to deployment, which is a testament to our team’s ability to execute under pressure. We’re grateful to have the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission as our clients.
March 2017
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health has been working hard over the past few years to improve its procurement process. We are happy to announce that we have finally launched the Purchase of Services Tracking System (PTS). This system will help the Department of Public Health streamline the procurement process and replace many labor-intensive legacy systems.
The PTS system is a fully customized enterprise system that provides easy-to-use solutions for the full life cycle of the procurement process from a proposed project to gathering all the appropriate approvals, contract award, encumbrance of funds, and management of contract amendments. This system is fully integrated with the Massachusetts State Accounting System (MMARS).
It's hard to say who's more excited about this launch: the DPH staff, who now have a user-friendly system, or our engineers, who have finally completed its development.
